Name of Work:- REPAIR/ MAINT OF RCC COVER SLABS, DRAIN, PIPE LINE AND ALLIED WORKS IN DOMESTIC AND TECHNICAL AREA, SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANK, SOAKAGE WELL AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT DAPPAR UNDER AGE (I) DAPPAR

1Rectifying complaints of blockage of bathroom / kitchen / WHB / urinals / WCs etc of any pattern as directed to cleare the blockage of any kind make it fully functional to the entire satiafaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(a)The period of rectifying each complaints is maximum 48 hrs after reciept of compaint slip / Docket no / tele comminication. Rs 100 / each complaint will be charged in case of failure to rectify the complaint in the stipulated period.(b) The contractor shall provide adequate labours and tools to rectify the complaints.(c) The sludge obtained during rectifying the complaints shall be deposited beyond the periphery of defence land.
2Rectifying complaints blockage of manholes of any type, depth not exc 1.00 m including removing all sludge out of MD area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:-(a) The period of rectifying each complaints is maximum 48 hrs after reciept of compaint slip / Docket no / tele comminication. Rs 100 / each complaint will be charged in case of failure to rectify the complaint in the stipulated period.(b) The contractor shall provide adequate labours and tools to rectify the complaints.(c) The sludge obtained during rectifying the complaints shall be deposited beyond the periphery of defence land.

4Rectifying complaints of blockage of sewage lines 100 mm bore dia of any length & depth and make it fully functional by any means to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:-(a)The period of rectifying each complaints is maximum 48 hrs after reciept of compaint slip / Docket no / tele comminication. Rs 100 / per day per complaint will be charged in case of failure to rectify the complaint in the stipulated period.(b) The contractor shall provide adequate labours and tools to rectify the complaints.(c) The sludge obtained during rectifying the complaints shall be deposited beyond the periphery of defence land.
5Rectifying complaints of blockage of sewage lines 150 mm bore dia of any length & depth and make it fully functional by any means to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:-(a)The period of rectifying each complaints is maximum 48 hrs after reciept of compaint slip / Docket no / tele comminication. Rs 100 / per day per complaint will be charged in case of failure to rectify the complaint in the stipulated period.(b) The contractor shall provide adequate labours and tools to rectify the complaints.(c) The sludge obtained during rectifying the complaints shall be deposited beyond the periphery of defence land.
6Cleaning of soak well using mechanical pumps diesel driven with fuel, operator and necessary excavation on half buried night soil and disposed off soak well water etc in pits including necessary excavation and earth work for pits for burrying the night soil etc in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
7Cleaning/disludging of existing septic tank of any capacity/sump well of any dia and depth incl taking out sludge in any form and other foreign matter etc viz sediment, sand, ash, grease, fibre, silt, roots or vegetation etc means of sewage sucking machine or by way of any other suitable means and removing the sludge outside MD land by any means complete all as specified and directed. Note: The sludge/burried soil etc taken out shall be stacked alongwith the septic tank, sump well etc. After 48 hours of the sludge taken out, measurement shall be taken as of the solid contents for the purpose of payment. The tenderer are advised take up this aspect in mind while quotating the rates. After taking measurements, the solid contents shall be disposed off outside the MD land/area
8Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
9Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,sewage line, pipes etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
10All as per serial items No. 9 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5 m and not exc 3 m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
11Material and labour for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete incl demolitiom of existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
12Material and labour for brick work with subclass‘B’ bricks, old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
13Taking down cement plaster on brick work or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
14Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface,in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
15Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed plate, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
16Material and labour for Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
17Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
18Demolition and breaking up 150 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately.
19Demolition and breaking up 300 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar ccomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately.
20Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to 150 mm bore dia drain pipe including packing under, and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
21Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to 300 mm bore dia drain pipe including packing under, and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
22Supply and fixing reinforced concrete pipes 150 mm bore , class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.
23Supply and fixing reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm bore , class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.
24Demolition of reinfoced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically demolition provided for(reinfocement cut as required to facilitate demolition ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
25Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 uising 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors , roofs , balconies canopies , deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid seperately
26Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for manholes etc) and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
27Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with and including mild steel annealed wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
28Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6-8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with and including mild steel annealed wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
29Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for angle iron or flat iron as in post and guard bar or grating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
30Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
31Removing of excavated material( soil) to a distance exc. 250m but n exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
32Supply and fixing in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with M.S. clamp fabricated out of 50 x 5mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stay to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
33Supply and fixing in repairs 110 mm bore PVC( SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
34Supply and fixing in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) 'S’ trap complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
35Supply and fixing in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
36Material and labour for PVC (SWR) floor trap having dia of outlet 100 mm, plain with SS grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
37Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china squatting pan white orissa pattern size 580x440 mm with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern & flush pipe) with cast iron P trap including lime concrete bedding and making good the disturbed portion to match with the existing surface of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
38Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) all as specified and directed.
39Supply and fixing Cast Iron soil waste and vent pipe100 mm bore in any length with or without ears with with cement joints fixed to walls with M.S. clamp fabricated out of 50 x 5mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stay to wall or roof including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
40Supply and fixing cast iron bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or taper ( larger bore measured) for 100 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
41Material and labour for replacement of cast iron Nahni trap dia of outlet 100 mm with SS grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-I (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
42Material and labour for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2(using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
43Material and labour dry fine sand laid over sub-base as cushion to paver blocks and filling of joint after laying sweeping the exta sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
