3M&L PCC 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) type C2, in foundation of posts and struts complete all as specifed and directed.
4S&F Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing, Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specifed and directed.
5M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specifed and directed.
6Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type and size complete all as specifed and directed.
7Supply only chain link fencing galvanised mild steel hot dipped (IS -2721) of 4 mm dia of mesh size 100X100 mm any size complete all as specifed and directed.(Note : Weight of chain link fencing shall be measured by BOO as detailed by Accepting Officer)
8Fixing only chain link fencing including above galvanised mild steel to any type of standard rails vision of binding wire complete all as specifed and directed.
9S&F in Repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specifed and directed. (Note : Each line wire to be measured)
10S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specifed and directed. (Note : Each line wire to be measured)
11S&F 10mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post complete all as specifed and directed.
12M&L for preparation of new untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not exc 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamle paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer complete all as specifed and directed.
13M&L two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer exc 10 cm width /girth on new dteel surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specifed and directed.
14S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specifed and directed.
15Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specifed and directed.
16M&L brickwork with sub class `B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed.
17M& L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping complete all as specifed and directed.Note: The rates include for use of formwork (straight or curved).
18Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water complete all as specified directed.
19M&L 15mm thick, rendering in cement mortar CM 1:4 to brick/concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified directed.
20Anti Efflorescence coating system:-Surface Preparation : - M&L for chipping of plaster and removing loose mortar with chisel hammer without much impact on walls and surface, clean the surface by sand blasting the surface using river sand with minimum of 6 Kg pressure at the nozzle or a air blow by electric pressure blower by mechanical compressor etc and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts and disposal of unserviceable material with 50 meters lead complete all as specified directed.
21Anti Efflorescence Primer Coat :- M&L for applying anti efflorescence primer coat, alkali & efflorscence resitance by cleaning the surface with brush and ensure no loose particle remains on substrate. On the clean and dry subtrate apply it with the help of brush/ spray by dilution : 50% portable water. Application to be done till saturation level achieves. This typical applcaiton will give approx coverage : 5-6 sqm in two caots/ltr . Allow it to dry for 1-2 hrs, then apply second coat and after 24 Hrs apply Top Coat in two layers of SBR based cementitious elastomeric flexible composite coating system with neat fresh cement in the ratio of1:1.2 by weight after dust free and moist the surface. All above operation to be done in order by the manufacturers authorised applicator only. Make : Fosroc/Choksey/STP/SIKA/Bostik.
22Readymix Plaster :- M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls with Ultra Tech Readiplast or equivalent by adding 17-19 % of portable water by weight of material. For thickness above 15 mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready mix plaster shall complies with IS-1661-1972, IS2250-1965, Is 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 days- 10-12 Mpa/Bulk Density -1500-1600 Kg/M3. Note The rate quoted by the contractor shall be include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) From Ser No 20 to 22 for the Anti Efflorscence treatment shall be applied by the company's authorised applicator firm.(ii) Contractor has to get prior approval or authorised agency by submitting its autorisation letter to GE before commencement of the work. Department will conduct an official verification from manufacturer of its authorised agency.(iii) The cost of scaffolding work required at certain places is including in the respective items catered for repairs itself. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor.
23Material and labour for newly plastered surfaces wall/concrete surface of any description,and applying two coats of cement based paint over 1mm thick wall putty over a coat of primer on old plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
24Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on Old external wall surfaces of any desciption and applying two coats of cement based paint on old plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
25Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels,drain edges, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete laid in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.
26M&L brickwork withsub class `B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 in half brick thick wall / on edge wall complete all as specified and directed.
27M & L flush pointing in CM 1:4, to bricks laid flat or brick edge in pavings and drain complete all as specified and directed.
28Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.
29M&L for Reinforced cement concrete type B-1 {1:2:4} using 20 mm graded agg in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floor/ roofs landings, balconies canopies deck slab,lintels,bands,copings and in shelves etc complete all as specified and directed.
30M & L form work to the slab, beams and columns for rough finished surfaces of concerte flat complete all as specified and directed.
31M&L providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs (for manholes/ drainage etc) and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.(Note : The rate quoted shall be deemed to include use and waste of necessary form work)
32M&L TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
33M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape reqd incl crancking and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
34Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.
35M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-290(Grade-165) complete all as specified and directed.
36Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
37Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
38Removing excavated material n exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
39PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete complete all as specified and directed.
40M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new surfaces/untreated surfaces of brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described for painting complete all as specified and directed.
41M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old painted surfaces brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described for painting complete all as specified and directed.
42Demolition concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
43M&L75 mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
44M&L for sand filling (25mm thick) under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
45M&L in repairs Coloured Machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15468-2006 of 60 mm thickness with grey cement and pigment M-35 Grade 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.
46M&L in repairs for Coloured Machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.
47M&L for Coloured 40 cm x 40 cm x 11.80 to 12.00 mm thick Non skid (Hi Traffic grip/Outdoor tiles) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 20mm of screed bed in CM 1:4 including coping at edges in PCC Type B1 (1:2:4) (rates of dismantling of stone slabs and tiles are included) complete all as specified and directed.
48M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
