Name of Work:- REPAIR/REPLACEMENT, MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENT OF LT CABLE, FEEDER PILLAR, EARTHING AT CENTRAL INSTITUTE AND SOLAR POWER PLANT AT MIL STN DHRANGADHRA

1Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole,laying of cables etc in Hard and dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.
2Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.
3Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
4M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently all as directed. Note : Depth after punning shall be measured and paid.
5M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundtion of pole/stay assembly etc including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.
6M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for padestal/coping around poles, including necessary form work, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.
7Taking out sub class burnt bricks from the trenches and stacking at site serviceable /unserviceable bricks for reuse complete all as specified and directed.
8Supply and laying sub class old 'B' burnt bricks laid as cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.
9Laying only sub class brunt bricks as cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.
10Taking out the existing PVC/XLPE, 1100 volts grade, LT UG electric cable of size 6 sqmm x 2 core with glands, cable protection pipes etc., complete from the trenches/fixed on wall removing the unserviceable fault cable and carefully stacking the serviceable cable for reusing all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- charge Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items all as per existing make
11Taking out the existing PVC/XLPE, 1100 volts grade, LT UG electric cable of size 10 sqmm x 2/4 core with glands, cable protection pipes etc., complete from the trenches/fixed on wall removing the unserviceable fault cable and carefully stacking the serviceable cable for reusing all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- charge Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items all as per existing make

40Disconnecting the existing Unserviceable MCCB, taking out from the panel board and replace by S&F new MCCB 4 pole, 250 Amps, 35/36 KA breaking capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply, thermal & adjustable magnetic setting, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed. 47Disconnecting the existing Unserviceable MCCB, taking out from the panel board and replace by S&F new MCCB 3 pole, 160 Amps, 36 KA breaking capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply, thermal & adjustable magnetic setting, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.
48Disconnecting the existing Unserviceable MCCB, taking out from the panel board and replace by S&F new MCCB 3 pole, 125 Amps, 25 KA breaking capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply, thermal & adjustable magnetic setting, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.
49S&F, in repair, on load change over switch open execution type, front handle operated, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply of 250 Amps cofirming to IS 13947-3, complete all as specified and as directed.

56M/L for trimming of branches of trees touching LT electric over head line and making clear about 3 mtr in radius by climbing up tree or by providing ladder, at a height of 9 mtr and above and carrying and depositing where directed not exceeding 50 mtr.Note : (i) Necessary T & P items arrange by contractor. (ii) While cutting the tree branches the fallen branch damaged the contactor, insulator, pole the contractor should be replaced the said items without any extra cost.(ii) Cutting of tree consider in each span only not no of tree in one span have 10 trees it consider only one span.
