| 1 | Earth work excavating and depositing in places as directed by Departmental Officers in all leads and lifts in hard stiff. clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth shales, murrams and all other types of soils, the toilet constructing area and pit area should be cleaned and leveled after the exhibition is over. |
| 2 | Labour charges for providing temporary GI sheet compound wall & partitions. with necessary casuarina posts of size 10 to 13 cm dia, embedded in ground to a minimum depth of 60 cm. and at 2.75m c/c & providing crosses if necessary and secured with nails etc. complete as directed by Departmental Officers including maintenance during the exhibition period but excluding the hire charges for the GI sheets. The necessary GI sheets required will be supplied by the department at the site work at free of hire charges. The same to be returned to the department immediately after the exhibition is over. the pole hole points will filled in correct manner. |
| 3 | Labour charges by providing temporary GI sheet roofing for all spans & heights with necessary casuarina posts of 10 to 13 cm dia embedded in the ground to a minimum depth of 70 cm at 3.05 m c/c and with suitable horizontals at 1.2 m c/c and also with diagonals, if necessary, tied with ropes and coirs and secured with nails etc, complete as directed by Departmental Officers including plugging all the holes in the roof with suitable water proofing material and maintaining during the exhibition period. Roof slope shall be 1 in 6 and an offset of 15 cm shall be provided on all sides. Payment to be made for the plinth area covered measured on floor excluding hire charges for GI sheets which will be supplied by the Department at site of work at free of cost and the same to be returned to the immediately after the exhibition is over. |
| 4 | Hire charges for providing temporary fencing gates of required sizes in single leaf or double leaves with best country wood battens of size 100 mm x 50 mm for verticals, horizontals and diagnosis, fixed with GI sheets with necessary nails, screws & placing in position with casuarina posts of size 13 to 15 cm embedded in ground to a minimum depth of 75 cm including kondi, hinges per side. Tower bolts padlocks with all necessary fittings etc., complete including maintenance during the exhibition period. |

Casuarina posts at a spacing of 1-8 m, with a height up to 1.00 m above ground level and embedded 50 cm below the ground and secured with layers of Casuarina wallings of 5 cm to 8 cm dia at 33 cm tied with coir ropes etc. complete as directed by Departmental Officers including maintenance during exhibition period. |
| 6 | Hire charges for providing partitions & side covering with a double layer of bamboo mat thatti including of diagonals and frames of split bamboo reapers 40mm wide on both sides tying, binding, fixing in position etc., complete as directed by Departmental Officers including maintenance during the exhibition period. Windows of bamboo that ties shall be provided wherever directed. |

| 15 | Hire charges for providing casuarina posts 8 cm to 10 cm dia; 5 to 6 m height erected with a minimum depth of 70 cm each in ground for light posts, sound boxes frames or lying about G.L. for Drama stage paranais, frames and any other purposes in the exhibition ground. and maintaining during the exhibition period. If the soil is loose, erection of posts should be done so as to attain sufficient strength complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers during execution of work. |
