Provide digital survey data in AutoCAD and PDF format of required size including coordinates, benchmarks, and site photographs complete all as per scope of work. |
| 2 | CONDUCTING GROUND PENETRATING RADAR (GPR) SURVEY FOR MULTIPLE INVESTIGATION AND PRE-PARING PRELIMINARY PROJECT REPORT (PPR)2.1 Conducting Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) survey for identification of underground utilities and obstructions up to required depth, including report submission, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.” 2.2 Submission of Preliminary Project Report (PPR) having following details:-(a) Detailed Topographical Survey Report(b) Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Survey Report (c) Zoning for Drains, Service Utilities, Footpath, Main Carriageway etc.(d) Proposal for Utility shifting requirement, if any. | 3 | PREPARATION OF DETAILED ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS FOR APPROVALDevelop detailed architectural working drawings for the selected concept including Site Plan showing the said location, approach roads, landscaping, signage locations, Elevations, Section, material specifications, Foundation plan, plinth details, connection details Services Integration with Lighting, electrical conduits, drainage provisions. Presentation to be made by the Consultant before authority for approval as and when required. Submission of Detailed Architectural Drawings in AUTOCAD and PDF format of required size in 3 Nos. sets (both in soft & hard copy) after approval of architectural drawings. |
| 4 | CONDUCTING SOIL INVESTIGATION Execute comprehensive geotechnical investigation including: Borehole drilling: Minimum 3 boreholes up to 10m depth or refusal, Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) at 1.5m intervals, Collection of undisturbed soil samples for laboratory testing, Laboratory tests: Grain size analysis, Atterberg limits, moisture content, specific gravity, shear strength, consolida-tion characteristics. Prepare Geotechnical Investigation Report including: Subsurface profile and soil stratification, Allowable bearing capacity recommendations, Foundation type recommendations (shallow/deep), Settlement analysis and predictions, Seismic zone considerations (Zone IV as per IS 1893), Construction recommendations and pre-cautions. |
| 5 | PREPARATION OF DETAILED STRUCTURAL DRAW-INGS INCLUDING VETTINGDevelop complete structural design of all structural elements of approved concetual proposals like central verge/ crash barrier, drain, service utility duct, overhead gantry signage board etc based on architectural drawings and soil report. Load calculations (dead, live, wind, seismic as per IS 875 & 1893), Foundation design (isolated/combined footings or pile foundation), Structural frame analysis (using STAAD Pro/ETABS). Prepare detailed structural drawings: General arrangement drawings, Foundation drawings with reinforcement details, Structural steel fabrication drawings (if applicable), Arrange third-party vetting from Government engineering college of repute (e.g., IIT Delhi, DTU, NIT Delhi), Submission of complete design calculations and drawings, Incorporation of vetting comments into final drawings.
