| 1 | Repairing of Imported Electromekano make 550 HP, 6.6 KV HT Motor of 30 MGD P/Set No. 9 at Kilokri New SPS by carrying out following works:- Lifting the motor from the pump base to ground level of pump house. |
| 2 | Dismantling of motor, taking out rotor from the stator and both side cover. |
| 3 | Rotor:- Cleaning the carbonized rotor winding with CRC & MTO. Repairing the rotor core rubbing and polishing the core as per original shape. Tightening of rotor slots wedges with Dr. Beck Epoxy jel coat. Varnishing of rotor winding with Dr. Beck varnish and baking the same. |
| 4 | Dynamic balancing of rotor. |
| 5 | Stator:- Complete repairing of stator the work involved stripping of old coil from the stator slots. Cleaning of slots by CRC / CTC. Rewinding of stator winding with new copper strips with fibre glass tape and mica moulding the same. P/Fixing of epoxy glass slot wedges packers, spacers and tying and locking of coils with glass tape applying of epoxy. Making and silver brazing of connection joint, providing of ‘F’ Class mica insulation coating of epoxy varnishing becktole spraying dying out of stator winding and HV testing. |
| 6 | Final coating the stator and rotor winding with Dr. Beck epoxy paint. |
| 7 | Assembling of motor with newly fabricated white metal bearing blue matching of bearing with rotor shaft. |
| 8 | Alignment of motor with pump by providing shims by using dial gauge recording of axial & vertical parameter of alignment. |
| 9 | Repairing of clutch system replacement of lever lock spring ‘O’ ring, repairing of male and female contacts etc. |
