The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 39 °C. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply and BMS compatible. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The condenser should be coated with a hydrophilic film to prevent water accumulation on the surface of the heat exchanger, enhance water dispersion, and reduce the risk of degradation, thereby improving overall performance and durability. The Indian Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (ISEER) of the unit shall be as per Energy Conservation and Sustainable Building Code (ECSBC) 2024 as below and complete as per CPWD specification, connections, inter connections etc. as required. (For capacity <40 kWr ISEER 7.4, Capacity > 40 and <70 ISEER 7.5, Capacity > 70 ISEER 7.6 for Super ECSBC Building) For Cooling or Heating or Both |

| 43 | COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF VRF/VRV AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR THE DURATION OF (05) YEARS: Comprehensive maintenance work of complete VRF/VRV air conditioning system for the duration of Five (05) years as per following scope of work SCOPE OF WORK: a. All the Indoor and Outdoor units will be serviced after every Three (03) months, as per standard procedure, recommended by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) b. All the breakdown calls related to VRF/VRV air conditioning system will be attended and resolved satisfactorily within a specified time limit. c. Comprehensive maintenance of Ultrasonic Rodent repellent system for the protection of complete VRF/VRV air conditioning system from rodents Note: The date of expiry of defect liability period of the work will be considered as a date of start of this item work. Payment for this item work will be done on Half-yearly basis i.e. for every Six (06) months period, after successful completion of maintenance work and submission of work reports for the billing period. Cost of all the spare parts/consumables, required manpower for the maintenace of VRF/VRV air conditioning system and Ultrasonic Rodent repellent system will be arranged by the contractor on its own cost. No extra charges will be paid by CSIR-NEERI for the same. |
