This is operation and maintenance work so the scope covers closing the valves of both sides of the work place, venting the natural gas of the section, Nitrogen purging (Saperate rate as per below SOR) checking LEL & cutting the line from both ends of existing pipeline, surface and bevel preparation, DP checking, Drying of the section if required etc. and as per requirement at site and direction given by EIC. Contractor to carry out all the activities involved in Pre- commissioning and commissioning and ensure the safety requirements such as PPEs, barricading, sign boards, blinking light etc. to complete the section work in day and night as directed by EIC. Contractor to arrange all necessary equipment, DG, pipe line fittings, consumables, manpower with PPE's, Fire extinguishers, Fire fighting services of local coordination as required etc. to complete the job. After Completion of the job all related documents to be submitted. Job shall be carried out as per ASME B 31.8/ API 1104 in all aspect as per the satisfaction of MNGL.

5Above Ground PipingThe SOR covers re-routing, installation, Modification, Upgradation, Replacement of steel pipe line, valve, fittings, IJ etc. by Transportation, loading, unloading at the site, coordination, Permit, providing pipe support in all site conditions, Welding, IJ installation, NDT, DPT, pre-post & haydro testing, painting, swabbing, N2 purging, supply of safety equipments-PPEs which required to ensure the safe site and working conditions as per requirement and direction by EIC. This is operation and maintenance work so the scope covers closing the valves of both sides of the work place, venting the natural gas of the section, Nitrogen purging (Saperate rate as per below SOR), checking LEL & cutting the line, surface and bevel preparation, DP checking, Drying of the section etc. as per site requirement. After Completion of the job all related documents to be submitted. Job shall be carried out as per ASME B 31.8/ API 1104. SOR also covers the flange joint dismantling, providing support of pipeline, gasket & stud-bolts replacement as required, painting, flow direction, copper earthing jumpers, insulated, U-clamp, Neoprine sheet insulator, anchor fastener, installation, civil work etc. which required at site and satisfactory of the EIC. this SOR covers the hook up with commissioned pipeline and gas-in with approval from EIC without additional cost to MNGL. 7Mobilization/Hook Up/ UG-AG Pipeline work connectivity etc.The SOR covers additional manpower, site coordination,Liasioning, tools, equipments, machines, excavation, welding, NDT, Coating, backfilling, etc. whichever is required to complete the given hook up work in totality for all size of UG Pipeline. vendor can claim only 1 hook up/Mobilization qty per site/job/location etc.The SOR covers the charges encoured with mobilization of manpower, tools, equipments, machines, site execution, transportation, coordination, safety Equipments,PPEs,water etc. against Planed, unplanned-emergency services/ job with timeline given and directed by EIC. it covers receiving & transportation, shifting of old pipes to MNGL’s designated place (Wherever applicable) etc. which required as per site requirement & directions by EIC.The SOR also covers, distribution of notice/ intimation letter to societies, police station, corporation, fire brigade etc. to execute the decommissioning and commissioning of the pipeline/ section including support for closing of both sides valves, venting the natural gas of the section, Nitrogen purging including supply, vaporizer, checking LEL etc. as per requirement at site and direction given by EIC. Contractor to carry out all the activities involved in De-commissioning and commissioning and ensure all safety requirements such as PPEs, barricading, sign boards, blinking light etc. to complete the section work in day and night as directed by EIC.

9Steel pipeline Road/Water Body/railway etc,CrossingThe SOR covers Complete work of the Water body, road & railway etc. crossing (between the limits are defined as approved drawings) by HDD/Boring method including “Receiving and taking over\\" owner supplied three layer PE coated line pipes from Owner's designated place to issue/ dump site(s) and transportation to Contractor's stock yard/ work shop/ work site including all handling loading, unloading, aligning etc., Site Co-cordination, Liasioning with Authority, Pre-construction survey, Manpower, equipment, other resources and acquiring the required land for storage, fabrication including string preparation of pipes, welding, welding repair, radiography, coating of field joints with special type Heat Shrink Sleeve (Direx Sleeve) and repair of pipeline coating with special repair patch materials as per specification, pre-testing etc. of complete string made for crossing access for Contractor ,execution, supply of casing pipe as per tender, etc. but not limited to, following works in accordance with specifications and instruction of Engineer-in-charge and as per all provision of Contract Document. Backfilling of the ditch/ trench including restoration and clean-up of area and all other works including pigging, cleaning, final hydro testing etc. along with mainline works {as mentioned in Tender documents) required as per specification, approved drawings, calculations, methods and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and/or as directed by concerned Authority.In case crossing for MP Pipeline, will be executed as per the scope given above and in tender document with CS Pipeline. 31Coating:The job includes the preparation of trenches, pipe & for steel valve surface preparation by mechanical cleaning through power brush, Primer application, wrapping of tape, edge preparation, holiday test etc. SOR covers supply of all consumables, utilities, equipment, manpower, cleaning and surface preparation tools, testing tool, handling, transportation etc. which required to complete the job as per instruction of EIC.the application are repair of Live line repair 3LPE coated straight pipe, Valve coating refurbishment etc. detail procider and surface preparation etc is define in tender document.

Contractor has to ensure the compliance with prevailing RTO Regulations. Driver is in the scope of contractor. Average running per month is 3000 KM(GPS Tracking System) and will bereconciled in 12 month and the extra KM can be claimed as per seaprate SOR
