| 1 | Hiring of JCB/Excavator for removal of slips/ debris in all kind of soil and saturated soil, dressing of road surface, filling of depressions and disposing of all excavated slips / earth or un-serviseable materials from the road surfaces up to any leads and lift as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. Any loss to the public/private property or any accident etc. happened during the course of hiring period/execution shall be the absolute responsibility of JCB/excavator owner which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.The fuel and operational staff for excavator will be provided by the owner, The repair and spare, watch and ward of excavator also be borne by the contractor/owner.The daily log book will be maintained at site which should be duly verified by the Engineer-in-Charge.
