1Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removal of rubbish off complete all as specified and directed.
2M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.
3M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work or on one side of lathing. finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8M&L preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
10Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
11M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 metre centre to centre and at every turning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base floor/ floors and paving etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13S&F rubber moulded machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block conforming to IS : 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.
14M&L for pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in kerb solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
15M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base for tiles in floors complete all as specified and directed.
17Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid and bedded in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
18M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
19Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified and directed.
20M&L for coloured, glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
21M&L for vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished in light shade, area n. exc. 0.36 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/ shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
22Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement/ lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
23M&L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
24Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.
25S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (600mm x 600mm) for false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.
26S&F 8 mm thick calcium silicate board if siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid for exposed metal frame ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.
27M&L for preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper white or tinted over a coat of white putty in patches as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
28Dismantling chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed.
29Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.
30Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 Cum each getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earh around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
31M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation, sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
32S&F angles in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.
33S&F MS flat iron for securing the chain link fencing including necessary drilling for holes, cutting, punching, bending etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
34S&F 5 to 10 mm dia mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.
35Supply only 10mm dia round bars in available lengths complete all as specified and as directed.
36Supply only mild steel galavanized chain link fenciing of 3.15mm dia of wire and 100mm x 100mm mesh size complete all as specified and as directed.
37Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.
38M&L for broken stone boulders for loose filling with aggregates around transformer of gauge 20 to 63 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
39Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.
40S&F powder coated aluminium anodised doors shutters of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clip, ruber neoprane packing, aluminium handle 02 Nos. in shutter, suitable hinge 100mm long, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws complete all as specified and as directed.
41Taking down steel window/ ventilator of any description and of any type with or without guard bars complete all as specified and as directed.
42S&F powder coated aluminium anodised window and ventilators shutters side hung type without sash bars of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clip, ruber neoprane packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screw anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stays 150mm long (01 Nos), hinge type B-21, 100mm long (02 Nos), suitable hadle and 100mm long tower bolt, complete all as specified and as directed.
43S&F powder coated aluminium anodised doors frame for doors, window/ ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
44S&F 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.
