1Dismantling the tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement including stacking of materials within 50 meters lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.
2Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mts. lead.
3Chipping of brick work in cement mortar upto 50mm thick in wall including disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts. lead.
4Providing and fixing grey colour vitrified tiles (600x600) and 10mm thick tiles in floor, treads of steps, landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointed with cement slurry complete.
5Providing and fixing vitrified wall tiles of kajaria/johnson make.
6Providing and fixing Granite stone slabs (flamed finish) 18mm thick in risers of steps skirting dado and pillars laid on cement paste and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing complete;Jet black

8Providing Lime Surkhi Sand Plaster 1:2:1 (1 Lime putty : 2 Sand : 1 Surkhi ) including preparation of mortar by traditional practice (by grinding), & Loi, tamping, beating, till the shrinkage cracks disappear. The work is done with all leads as the work is of restoration nature as per Punjab practice including adding gur,methi & gugal on old walls including removal of all old loose and decade plaster, each coat to be done after 3 days of previous coat. All surfaces to be plastered shall be thoroughly wetted for 24 hours before commencing plaster and shall be kept damp during the progress of work. At the same time the wall should not be too wet, as plaster is then likely to fall out . It is essential to maintain uniform suction of water by receiving surfaces, which shall be ensured by damping evenly all dry patches before applying plaster.
9The Project Manager will inspect and approve all preparatory work before the commencement of plastering work. Curing to be done for 21 days with help of water spray pump or any other necessary methods to avoid any surface cracks. In case of development of surface cracks, the same to be redone as part of rectification works to achieve the necessary level of finish as directed by Architect or Engineer in charge.Item to include all necessary tools, scaffold if required etc. complete.1. 12-15 mm thick in 2 courses.

12Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
13Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (Such as Dulex/ Asian Paints/ Sherwin Willians) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.
14Providing cup lock scaffolding material on rent installation and dismantling one time.
15Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1.00mm of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
16Providing and and laying vitrified unglazed porcelain tactile floor tiles in different sizes of Johnson Somany Kajaria (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours and shades as specified laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete;300 x 300 mm Design - Liner

18Providing and fixing 2\\" thick teak wood beading over dados, wall paneling etc. complete as per the instructions on engineer in charge.
19Providing and Fixing 8 deep, 12mm bison board cabinets with wooden louvers, complete as per the instructions of engineer in charge. (Cost includes necessary screws, hinges, handles, etc.)
20Providing and Fixing Caste Iron Signage board on pavement as per the DWG provided. Cost include Fixing of pole but excluding Signage name board and construction of foundation to erect. Complete as per the instructions of engineer in charge.
21Providing and Fixing M.S. plates with design as per DWG on the parapet wall complete as per the instructions of engineer in charge.
22Providing and Fixing Chajja/awnings complete as per the DWG and instructions of engineer in charge. Rate includes scaffolding charges.
23Supplying and Fixing box of bison board on metal framework of size 2ft*8\\" to hide existing cables running along the wall, complete as per the instruction of engineer in charge.
24Providing and fixing Azulezo tiles of 6\\" x 6\\" size and 6 mm thick in skirting and dados on 12 thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with cement slurry complete.
25Providing and Fixing PVC information signage boards on the location showed including necessary fixtures , complete as per the requirements of architect or engineer in charge.
26Providing and Fixing signage boards on poles at locations showed including necessary fixtures , complete as per the requirements of architect or engineer in charge.
27Providing and Fixing Directional signage board of size 2.5*1.5 mtrs on the location showed including necessary fixtures , complete as per the requirements of architect or engineer in charge.
28Removal of old name plate from the exterior of the building including scaffolding charges and disposal of the same to the lead of 50m complete as per the instructions of engineer in charge.
29Chipping of existing plaster followed by drilling of 12mm Dia. 50-70 mm depth hole in structural member. Cleaning of hole's then fixing PVC nozzles ensuring cement putty for closure. Inject of monopole grout inside the structure, cure the system for min 12 hrs. cutting of nozzle applying IPNET 100 part A and IPNET 100 PART B for anti-corrosion then applying new steel with HILTI chemicals, followed by application on NITOBOND for old to new concrete connections. Then applying MICRO-CONCRETE mixtures with MONBOND and POLYFIBER. Including chemical grouting. (FOR SLABS)
