| 12 | Taking photograph during water depth measurement using GPS enabled andriod mobile or other devices and the real time GPS time, Longitude and Latitude of P.H.S. Location has to be stamped on the photograph. The agency will be required to email the water level data in excel format along with photographs taken for each PHS and the email must be sent by the EIC. The report has to be submitted in a electronic mode of the entire district after each monitoring. |
| 13 | Labour Charges [ Mazdoor] for Washing & cleaning of glassware & assisting the Chemist during analysis for premonsoon & post monsoon of samples. |
| 14 | Charges for Minor repairing and maintenance of Flame Photometer or similar nature of instrument which includes cleaning the optical area potentially addressing calibration issue, replacing of defective minor parts like battery / Electronic components including supervision, labour and transportation charges and as directed by the EIC and excluding replacement of Major parts. [Payment will be made on the basis of completion of the work]. |
| 15 | Charges for Minor repairing and maintenance of UV visible Spectro photometer/ pH meter/ ion meter or similar nature of instrument which includes potentially addressing calibration issue, minor glitches replacing of defective minor parts like damaged optical fibers/ electronic faults etc including supervision, labour and transportation charges and as directed by the EIC and excluding replacement of Major parts.[ Payment will be made on the basis of completion of the work]. |
