Daily cleaning and sweeping of roads, roads berms, parking area, vacant plots, cleaning of S.W. Drains i/c cost of bamboo, broom, wheelbarrow & all required T & P all operation complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(5 no of environment assistants are required daily).

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial desilting of manholes and dechocking of sewer lines. Dechocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality(a) H D - 20, Circular shape 560 mm internal diameter

Hiring , Providing and running charges of Hydrulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel (JCB/Hitachi/pock lane etc. as per site condition) for excavation (all types of soil), excavation under water, jungle cleaning, surface excavation, levelling/ dressing etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid) (One day means 8 hours of duty)

Disposal of C & D waste by mechnical transport including loading, transport and unloading at processing plant for all leads and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (inclusive of handling and processing charges of processing plant.

Condition: -1. The contractor shall arrange labour for daily cleaning of entire area in case contractor fails to do so daily, Rs. 4000/- (Rs. Four Thousand Only) for item No. 1 penalty per day shall be recovered from the bill.2. Due to unhygienic condition at site, if any challan is levied by the civic agency or any Govt. Deptt. The same will be borne by the agency. The agency will be responsible for all legal actions and nothing shall be paid extra to the agency in this regard. ifchallan/fine is paid by department, same shall be recovered from contractor's bill.
