Providing and applying two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior coating of Apex Ultima of M/s. Asian Paints / Excel of M/s. Nerolac / Heatshield of M/s. O.FIXIT / Weathershield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the plain plastered surfaces/RCC columns and beams in service water tank (in CPP) areas at all heights i.e. up to 37.00 M and as required, on concrete surfaces including surface preparation, filling up of holes and cracks with approved filling materials, applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm. over and including a priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm), ensuring an interval of 4-6 hours for each successive coats etc. including necessary scaffolding and staging whereever required, insurance coverage to workers,tools, tackles,safey appliances. PPE's complete as per the manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Scaffoldidng will be paid separately under the relevant item)

Providing all tools tackles materials and applying average 15 mm thick plastering with rendering at all levels on columns, beams, RCC louvers and other areas with ready to use one part polymer modified cement mortar RENDROC S OR S2 of FOSROC CHEMICALS or equivalent, chipping out the loose concrete spallings, hacking the concrete surface for bonding ,surface preparation, applying Nito zink primer on exposed reinforcement and curing with Nito bond AR or equivalent of the concrete/ plastered areas as per manufacturers specifications. (NOTE desirable properites of the mortor will be high and early compressive strength, low permeability, and high resistance to chemical attack). (upto a height of 37m, scaffolding cost will be paid separately) as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to a height of 37.00M made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.The payment will be made once irrespective ofduration of the scaffolding. Note:- Department will issue Scaffolding Pipes and clamps if required depending upon the availability on chargable basis.

Supplying required men, material, providing necessary sprays, tools & tackles for removal of honey bee combs at all heights i.e. up to 37.00M spraying Insecticide – (“Pyrethrum” @ 300 ml mixed in 2 Liters. Of Kerosene oil/Diesel Oil – per comb) spraying the mixture around the comb in Two Meters radius with approved Sprayers etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.
