| 1 | Decoupling, removing, withdrawing The LT motor of capacity 75 HP, 415 V, 3 Phase SCIM from motor stool based after removal of LT connection and cable from cable end box earth connection and other accessories as connected and stacking the motor properly on wooden block with the help of necessary tools and tackles as required. |
| 2 | Withdrawing the VT Pump machinery set & line shaft etc. after disconnecting the accessories for resting purpose or for necessary checking & repairing purpose including arrangement of tools and tackles. |
| 3 | Repairing and Rewinding of Motor :Dismantling of Motor part by part, Cleaning, Winding of Stator body with Copper winding wire, Grinding of Rotor, Changing of parts like Motor Bushes & End Shield Body, Keys, Studs, Nuts, Bolts, Motor Fan, Fan Cover etc. & Machining of parts as required and Re-assembling after thorough overhauling as directed by EIC. |

| 9 | Repairing of the pump assembly part by part after changing all the worn out parts i.e. shafts, bearing, sleeves,coupling of the pump set.(All gasket, fastners,white paint & sundry materials such as HT nuts & bolts as requried for the installation are to be supplied by the contractor at his own cost). |
| 10 | Supply of fitting and fixing Bolts, Nuts & Washers dia of 20mm & length 75mm and upto 100mm. |
| 11 | Transporting, loading & unloading all the required materials / spare parts for repairing purpose from the site of East Kolkata (Anandapur) to Howrah Workshop and back to East Kolkata (Anandapur) site. |
| 12 | Installing & Commissioning of the VT Pump Motor machinery set and line shaft etc. after re-fixing the accessories by lowering down the pump shaft etc. in the existing well including arrangement of tools & tackles. |
