Stage B: Preparation of topographic map using Total Station and DGPS-RTK survey for the entire project area, covering Grand Canal and its tributary drains, adjoining roads, terrain features, existing utilities, pedestrian facilities, encroachments, land-use characteristics, public amenities and other corridor features, with GIS-compatible output for hydraulic, urban planning and beautification analysis.

Stage C: Assessment and analysis of existing drainage systems, catchment areas, sewage inflows, interception and diversion requirements, hydraulic capacity checks using MIKE & EPA-SWMM/HEC-RAS (as per CPHEEO norms), preparation of rehabilitation, interception and diversion proposals, urban design and beautification concepts, canalfront development measures, pedestrian infrastructure improvements and corridor enhancement proposals. Includes environmental and social safeguard assessments, land requirement verification, statutory clearance support, stakeholder consultations and due diligence documentation for Grand Canal.

Stage D: Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) including engineering designs, hydraulic modelling results, rehabilitation proposals, urban design and beautification plans, canalfront development proposals, BOQ, cost estimates, implementation strategy, bidding documents and associated reports, fully complying with CPHEEO and ADB / WB standards for Grand Canal.
