Stage B: Preparation of topographic survey using Total Station and DGPS-RTK survey, bathymetric survey (wherever required), utility mapping and GIS-based mapping for the entire project corridor including promenade areas, beach areas, shoreline, coastal protection structures, approach roads, parking areas, Old Pier and associated infrastructure.

Stage C: Carrying out coastal, oceanographic, geotechnical, traffic and parking studies; shoreline assessment; beach improvement and coastal protection studies; feasibility assessment; environmental and social safeguard assessments; stakeholder consultations; statutory clearance support; preparation of master plan, engineering designs and draft DPR including coordination with the proposed Cable Stayed Bridge project.

Stage D: Preparation and submission of Detailed Project Report (DPR) including coastal engineering studies, numerical modelling results, beach restoration proposals, promenade development proposals, roads and parking designs, BOQ, cost estimates, implementation strategy, tender documents, GFC drawings and statutory approval documentation in compliance with ADB / WB requirements and applicable statutory provisions.
