Supply and installation of double skin Modular Wall panels, made of 0.8 mm thick Galvanized Iron Sheet. Pure polyster powder coating of 60-80 microns. Infill as PUF of density 40 Kg /M3. Panel thickness is 50 mm. Inclusive of cutout and conduit dia 25 mm. 0.8mm Thick hot dipped GI Sheet with zinc coating of 120gsm, necessary stifner to be given as per manufacturer's standard and as per sample approved, electrical conduiting and cut-outs for sockets, switches, Magnelic Guage Box and complete in all respect including, supports, sealants, etc. Note-Colour matching for existing shade in plant.

Supply and Installation of Galvanized Iron Powder Coated double skin door with 44 mm leaf thickness made of 0.80 mm GI sheet for door leaf with PUF of density 40 Kg /M3 infill and door frame made out of 1.20mm thick Galvanized Iron profile/ aluminium powder coated frame for 50 mm Panel. Hardware:- SS 304 ball bearing Hinges, SSD 304 handle Back to back , Dead Lock with Both side key operation , SS Kick plate 0.8 mm thick upto 300 mm height on one side, Concealed type Bottom Drop seal , Door closer TS 68 Std Arm Dorma Make, Door stopper floor mounted , Double glazed view panel of 350*750 mm with 5 mm thick toughened glass, Door seal, Flush Bolt for Double leaf door standard make. Supply and Installation of Extruded Aluminium Modular Coving of minimum 42 to 50mm radius (Flushed and Sealed) as per manufacturer's standard & as per sample approved with all necessary supports and fittings. Corners shall be coved with special coving profiles. 1-Wall to Wall Coving

ELECTROMAGNETIC DOOR INTERLOCKING SYSTEM- To supply, install and commission electromagnetic door interlocking system (Non-Flame Proof) as mentioned below with surface mounted stainless steel switchboard with interlocking system, push button and door locking status indicating lights to be mounted at each door (Flushed and Clean Room Design).
