Scaryfying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposed of scarified materials within all lifts lead up to 1000meters etc complete asper direction of Engineer in charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Supplying and filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation and ramming complete with all leads and lifts including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per specificationa nd direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of apecified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostic pave finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and aligjment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT&H specificationf or road and bridge works (4th revision) etc complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5mm thick MS sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65mm widthand required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural roads of required shade and colur supported and welded on 47mmx47mmx12 SWG sheet tube firly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600mm below ground level as per approved drawing clause 1701.2.2 (i) Citizen Board
