Demoliton abelow G.L upto 1.50 mtrs depth incuding stacking of servicebale materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 mtrs lead and including cutting the necessasry reinforcement and separating from RCC /RB and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2saand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repair of plaster in patches of 2.50 sqm and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbishtothe dumping ground with in a lead of 20 mtr with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm htick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size and curing complete in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (one coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade, after throughly brushing the surface clean of all grease, dirt, lose pices of scales and also incluidng preparing the surface eveen and sand papered smooth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for every subsequent coat of oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall withwater proof cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade decorated wall surface (one coat) to give an even shade after thorughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for every subsequent coat with enamel paint other than white in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) over previous painted wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint to give an even shade incluidng cleaning the other foreign matter sand papering and stopping (paint other than white) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Enginee-in-charge.
