| 4 | Supply only Safety plug 15mm ( brass ) for geyser cap 25/50 Ltr complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | Supply only Thermostat 30°C to 70°C, 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | M&L to repair the leakge of copper/steel inner tank of geysers of any capacity by gas welding/brazing for water tightness complete and test under pressure complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.. |
| 7 | S&F gasket rubber ring for heater plate of any size geyser complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply only non return valve (NRV) brass of 15mm bore, after dismantling old unserviceable NRV of any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 9 | Taking down loose geysers of any capacity from wall & shifting to new place within 1 to 1.5m distance (available in same location) , refixing the geysers complete with fastners and grouting of bolts & all necessary pipe connections and making good the disturbed wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note :- GI tubing if required shall be measured and paid separately. |

| 27 | Taking down the Solar water heater collector from its position, removing the top glass of collector and carry out welding/brazing work to the collector and arresting the leakages in the collector, refixing top glass back, testing for satisfactory function including servicing, descaling etccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 28 | S&F Hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding up to 25 mm bore including joints, bend, tee,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 29 | Taking down carefully the existing unserviceable ceiling / Exhaust fans/ Wall mounted fan of any make/ model and sweep from different sites in the building for overhauling / servicing after disconnecting carefully cleaning and checking unserviceable components, and replacing the defective components such as bearing, rubber bush/bolt, gunmetal bush, capacitor burnt windings flexible cord, shaft and painting etc., including assembling after lubricating the movable components and installing in its original position connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Bearing/ Gunmetal bush/ rubber bush bolt/ capacitor / cord flexiable / stator/rotor and painting will be measured in paid separately as under respective item. |
