| 10 | Material and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood & wood based materials over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 11 | M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint. |
| 12 | M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of walls including removing of undesired nails and filling the holes, undulations etc with putty and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed. |
