| 1 | Supply, fixing and errection of Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 09 Mtr metres long, weight not less then 154 Kgs, ISI marked conforming to IS:2713-1980, complete with accessories such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws, washers and drilling of holes for continuous GI earth wire as specified inluding applying with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black paint after preparation of surface including taking out old unsv pole complete all as specified and directed.Note:-Necessary excavation and foundation are measured and paid separately. |
| 2 | Dasmantling of cables, all accessories such as junction box, street light, service connection cables, clamps etc. without any damage from existing pole and taking out the pole carefully and shifting of pole 09 mtr long including refixing all accessories from one place to another place as directed by engr-in-charge and errection at new place. Poles shall be coated with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally, and externally up to the planting depth complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Necessary excavation and foundation are measured and paid separately. |
| 3 | M&L in replacement of earthing complete for bldg with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh of 22 gauge, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI pit shall be filled with charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) as specified including provision of 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe for earth wire protection and 20 mm dia for watering complete , all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point / main switch board as specified and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. |
