Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle for grouting the surface well bonded with reinforcement (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate will be inclusive of scaffolding for single/double/ tripple storey, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on newly plaster surface of walls (tint as approved by Engr-in-Charge) with sponge roller, including preparation of surfaces and priming with alkali resistant priming paint on avg 1-2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | M & L for preparing new ceilings surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed. |

| 17 | Material and labour for exterior painting work including complete removal of existing treatment and rubbish material till top surface of existing plaster and crack filling with crack seal upto 3mm where required and making good/smooth the surface with exterior grade wall care putty with silicon additives and sanding the surface for removal of loose particles and applying one coat of smartcare waterproof primer on old wall and new wall plastered surfaces and chajjas with 10% of dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-algal and fungal properties (tint as approved by GE) , complete all as specified and directed. Note- All treatment shall be done by applicator authorized by original equipment manufacturer with any mechanical means spray gun /roller. |
