| 1 | Servicing of DG Set 62.5 KVA of any Make, checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceablility, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assy, by pass filter assembly, lub oil filter assembly, air cleaner assy,air filter, flexible hose pipe, radiator coolent , distill water, Tightening the base bolt and nuts and mounting bolts and nuts. etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts, draining out the old used burnt engine oil from the sump cleaning all serviceable filters and oil sump with cleaning solution such as petrol/ diesel and refilling new engine oil upto required level, cleaning of battery terminals with warm water ,Checking the radiator and radiator hose and arresting small leaks ,Checking the fuel pump timing, adjusting if required and complete reassemled and including testing to DG Set to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Spare parts/ Engine oil/ check kit/ filter shall be measured and paid saperately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Minimum 6 months gap/ 200 hrs of run whichever is earlier shall be considered for next service (iii) Repair Guarantee for replaced parts/servicing of DG Set shall be for six month/200 hrs from the date of service. (iv) Cost of small spares required for maint of DG set shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (v) Service Engineer must be skilled and must have knowledge of maintenance of DG sets and attending minor and major fault when it arise.(vi) Contractor shall attend and rectify the breakdown in DG Set within 12 hours failing which a recovery of `Rs 2000/day shall be effected. |

Testing voltage after starting engine and setting properly if a difference all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Suply and fixing in replacement of battery terminals (positive and negative) brass heavy duty complete suitable for fixing on battery poles with bolts,nuts and washers complete including taking down unserviceable battery terminals complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Suply and fixing in replacement of free lead acid battery 12 volts 150 AH confirming to IS 7372 complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 15 | Taking down / Dismantling unserviceable self starter 12 volts from engine of DG Set , opening of stator and armature for repairing by replacing the worn out carbon brushes, brush holder, bearings, ignition / solenoid coil, replacement of burnt armature, rewinding of field coils, replacement of pinion gears,bushing etc, complete servicing , varnishing of stator /armature and refixing after repair, testing / commissioning complete for DG Set any capacity complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | Taking down the existing self starter up to capacity of 62.5 KVA Diesel engine and fixing self starter same as per existing model including testing after complete installation all as directed and specified. |
| 17 | Disconnecting incoming / outgoing cable connection from alternator of DG set and taking out from DG set room checking carefully and transporting to auth workshop aproved by AGE(I) for repair and rewinding of alternator dismentling into parts and cutting the burnt/damage copper winding wire from alternator / stator cleaning slots and rewinding the stator/alternator with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge & size and insulation paper etc complete varnishing of rewinded alternator replacement of carbon brush set bearing set etc complete and transporting the alternator to DG set room coupling with DG set and testing complete including water load test all as specified and directed for the following Capacity of Alternator 415V, 50Hz.NOTE: All neccessary T&P for dismantling,transporting and installation cost is deemed in this work |

| 21 | Disconnecting, removing and dismantling radiator assembly from the following capacity DG sets and descaling the radiator throughly with CTC solution/ any other chemical solvent agent as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, stopping of leakage at place to copper cores and tubes by brazing scrapping the existing oil paint, dusting and painting the radiator with enamelled paint etc., re-installing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed for the following Capacity: |

| 32 | Material and labour servicing and cleaning of oil cooled servo voltage stabilizer capacity up to 200 KVA by transporting to workshop, carefully lifting of core from the tank by opening cover, cleaning of tank, removing of sediments, cleaning of coils/ electrical connections, filtration of transformer oil, fixing the core back in the tank, making electrical connections by replacing the consumble spares such as gaskets, rubber oil seals complete etc but other spares as listed here-in-after shall be replaced and cost of spare parts as\\" supply only shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item iron padling back at work site ,working electrical connection all complete as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Spare parts required to make serviceable of above oil cooled sevo voltage stabilizer shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after.(ii) Contractor shall attend and rectify the breakdown in servo voltage stabilizer within 24 hours failing which a recovery of `Rs 2000/day shall be effected. |
