| 2 | Repair/Servicing and Maintenance of Packaged Air Conditioning Units in Labour room stage Ist at Govt. SMGS Hospital Jammu. Blowers servicing by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets and testing-1 no. Complete servicing of IDU and ODU unit chemical or water, as per site requirement, through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. for at least two times in the season at periodic interval. - 2 jobs. Replacement of Controller card with remote – 1 no. Replacement of fan belts by way of providing and fitting of new belts as per sample- 2 nos. Replacement of worn-out/damaged electrical wiring of electrical panel of IDU along with providing and fitting of contractors and protection/ monitoring relays as per site requirement – 2 jobs. Restoration of control panel by way of replacement of old worn-out/damaged parts of panel – 1 job. Replacement/rewinding of outdoor fan motors – 2 nos. Replacement of worn-out/damaged blower motors including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing – 1 no. Replacement of 7.5TR/8.5TR compressor by way of dismantling of old/damaged compressor, installing of new compressor (Copeland Emerson/Danfoss/LG/Hitachi make only) as per sample and then leak detection test of the compressors line by way of flushing the line and holding pressure with nitrogen for 24 hours, rectification of the leakages and then vacuumizing of the refrigeration line with deep vacuumizing pump and then charging the compressors with refrigerant R-22 – 1 no. Providing and Filling of Refrigerant R 22 – 12 kg to other compressors or as per site requirement. Complete job also includes testing of system and rectification of any fault thereafter of package AC system. Complete job as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification. Moreover, all the electro-mechanical materials used should conform to relevant IS/BIS/CE standards and codes.
