| 1 | Job involves impregnation of motor windings of 100 HP motor of 10000GPHx300 meter head pump set by way of decoupling of motor from pump and then carrying to the nearest motorable road for sending to workshop. Extraction of rotors and side covers from stator of motor and then cleaning of rotor and stator thoroughly followed by drying of rotor and stator. Reconditioning the rotor shaft by turning, facing and finishing for exact bearing size making keyways for perfect fitting and sitting of bearing. The dried motor winding will undergo varnishing, heat treatment for any current leakages. Assembling complete motor and shifting back to site. Job further includes reconditioning of neck rings, cleaning, drying and lubrication of DE and NDE of this pump. Job further includes extraction of broken bolts from the bed plate by drilling and tapping, subsequently connecting with new pieces of bolts using welding/epoxy binder adhesive. Lowering of pump and motor on base frame, making alignment-leveling, securing with fasteners and coupling thereof, making electrical connections. Replacement of damaged NRV with new 100mm CS NRV (heavy duty) of reputed make , together with fitment of new flanges, bolts and rubber/leather gaskets complete with cutting and welding works. Testing the pump set on no and full load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately. |
| 2 | Providing/fitting of new parts to parts to 250KVA Electric transformer and repair of its wornout components including providing/fitting of its external accessories like fuse set, link set, bus bar set alongwith other allied elements for its smooth functioning by way of first disconnecting of distribution transformer HT links and HT/LT side cables. Dismounting from poles/platform using hydra crane and skilled labour. Rewinding of core by providing/fitting of HV leg coil Al 74Kg. Rewinding of core by providing/fitting of LV leg coils Al 40Kg. Heat treatment of repaired transformer, arresting of oil leakages if any by way of welding etc. Assembling of top cover thereof and filling of transformer oil after dehydrating. Providing/filling of transformer oil for topping. Re-mounting the transformer on poles/platform with the help of hydra crane/skilled labour, making of LT side cable connections as well as HT side cable connections and checking the transformer on no load and then on full load conditions.
