Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting , grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Cleaning the existing granular base/B.T. surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes etc. complete

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of garanular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.06kg sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORT&H specifiacations for Road & B

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average 75 tone per Hour using crushed aggregate specified grading, premix bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and Filler, transporting the hot mix to works site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheel, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 data book page-135.

Construction of embankment with materials obtained from borrowpits with all lead spreading , grading to required slope and compacting to meet the required table 300-2 not exceeding 250 mm and compaction with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment, level and slopes as per drawings and MORD technical specifications Clause 1902 by manual means as per direction of the Engineer in charge Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
