| 4 | Expose the first joint of masonry structure at ground level horizontally. The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visibly penetrated area. Damaged mortar joints are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately 2-3 cm. Drilling Holes : Drilling holes 10mm diameter in masonary structure along the side of the joint as per manufacturer's instructions so as to cross the brick/ block at the intervals spacing of 15-30cm depending on extent of rising dampness as per recommendation of engineer in charge.Cleaning of holes : Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. Install latex polymer packer injection packers 9.8mm diameter, 10cm long in the holes and tighten. Fix the packer securely using sealent.Cutting of Packers : Cut the packers after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. |
| 5 | Supply and apply of a 3 part, very low viscous, elastic polyacrylic injection resin with a versatile and adjustable reaction time having Mixed viscosity : 3-11 M.pa.s at +20 Deg C, Reaction time : adjustable according to ambient temperatrure and execution requirement between 8-50 mins, pH – 9-10, tested as per Wissbau No. 2002-094-(1A) – Function test with re-injectible hose system. The holes should be drilled until a depth of approx 5 cm (for a 6cm thick wall) before the end of the wall is reached. Pump injcection of polymer resin compound at >20 bar into or behind fissures or into masonry joint which are allowing water to infiltrate into unwanted areas. If voids in masonry being injected contain insufficient moisture to activate the grout inject a small amount of water prior to injecting the grout. When movement stops or polymer compound appears at the packer move to the next packer and inject. If the dampness is heavy, inject similarly at next joint line complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 9 | M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per square meter of average thickness 1-2 mm over a coat of primer over wall /ceiling surcafes to make the surface free from dust etc, by skilled labor as per following steps :-Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with wall mixture with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 kg putty per minute Step 2 :- Applying the first coat of prepared mixture over a coat of primer.with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of maximum 6 liters per minute with a maximum pressure of 3300 PSI. Step 3 :- Allow 6-8 Hrs time to dry the putty surface. |

Notes:- Applicable to srl item No 6.00 to 15.00 (a) The smart periodical work under this contract shall be executed by manufacturers authorized applicator after approval of name of manufacturar's by GE. (b) The contractor shall produce the name brandof material and it manufacurar's within 10 days from the date of award of tender. After approval of paint manufracturer and product brand, the contractor shall produce a \\"Memorandum of Understanding\\" (MoU) between contractor, applicator and the manufacturer within 28 days from the award of of tender date or before commencement date of work. wherein the manufacturer shall own the responsibility of use premium quality products in adequate quality and workmanship. The Contractor shall also produce purchase Vouchers/Invoice for all product/materialutilised in work for their full quantity and Engineer-in-charge shall ensure to kept in record duly defaced& verified. (c) Sanding of surfaces shall be carried out by mechanical sander having speed 1500–2700 RPM with internal dust extraction system to maintain clean environment and certified by paint manufacturer. |
| 16 | (d) Electrical fittings such as tube lights, bed lights, switch boards etc. shall be carefully taken down before commencement of painting work and refixed after completion of painting work.(e) Furnitures in the quarters shall be shifted and stored in one room before commencement of painting work and rearranged to original position after completion of work.(f) Entire quarters including flooring, doors and windows shall be cleaned by the contractor after completion of painting work.(g) The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include all the above provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. |

Photographic Evidence: The contractor shall submit clear photographic evidence in support of disposal of building rubbish/malba, similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials, indicating the condition of the site before loading, during transportation and after unloading at the approved Municipal dumping ground. The photographs shall preferably be geo-tagged and date-stamped and shall form part of the record for verification and payment purposes. 2. Certification by Engineer-in-Charge: Completion of whole work in this BOQ shall be deemed to have been achieved only after certification by the Engineer-in-Charge that no building rubbish/malba, similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials have been left at the site and that the site has been thoroughly cleared and cleaned to his satisfaction. 3. Each load shall comprise a minimum carrying capacity of 5.00 cubic metres (Cum).
