| 2 | NOTE: THE TENDER SHALL NOTE BEFORE QUOTING HIS UNITS RATE,ALL ITEMS OF WORKS SHALL BE EXECUTED IN HIGH RISE BUILDING UPTO 9TH FLOOR AND PROVISION OF NECESSARY SCAFFOLDING AND SAFETY MEASURES SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE RATE QUOTED BY THE CONTRACTOR OR FIRM. |
| 3 | Carrying out maintenance of entire sewage system of area under AGE B/R -III (ND) by cleaning of sewage drains of dia not exc 150mm including blocked manholes/Nanhi traps/gully traps/WCs by rodding from manholes and well flushing after cleaning and removal of blocked/decomposed sludge/dirt and other materials to a place not exc 50m and burning the same including removing and re-fixing manhole covers with out damaging complete as and when required basis, all as directed by Engr-in-charge |
| 4 | Note : -(a) Two nos of safaiwala shall be detailed daily for Ashoka Park, Pallava park, WED, Namac, Naval Selection Board, CTW, BSO Yard, Old Mo(V) area for the purpose of rendering the entire sewage system functional through out the contract period including sundays/Govt holidays. The working hours shall be 9.00 AM To 5.00 PM. |
| 5 | (b) In case of blockage of sewage system, the complaint shall be attended within 24 hours from the time of intimation. |
| 6 | (c) The rates quoted shall be demed for attending day to day complaint basis and make functional the entire sewage system for the period of one month. |
| 7 | (d) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to included in the cost of adequate T&P, equipment, safety devices etc along with sufficient labourers to fullfill the requirement to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any dispute related to above shall be resolved by Garrison Engineer and his decision shall be final, conclusive and binding. |
| 8 | Taking out liquid/solid content from sump/septic tank/filter bed/soakage well and sewage lines by Sewage Sucker Tanker & cleaning thoroughly including disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Defence Land complete all as specified and directed. |
