The load test shall be carried out in presence of HWPK representative and shall be authorized by AERB representative. Wire ropes on the rope drum and on pulley hook shall be cleaned and cardium compound or Servocoat-120 grease provided by HWPK as free issue material shall be applied after inspecting the condition of wire rope Long travel, cross travel of the crane, inching operation, brake operation, limit switch operation, crane girder deflection with load at centre, amperage, noise of operation, stability etc. shall be checked. |
