Hiring ofJ.C.B/ Excavator cum loader /Excavater breaker for removal of slips,boulders and debries clear from road surface up to any height, depth and lead including treaming and cutting true to the required line, width and grade in all kind and classification of soil including rocky portion and saturated soil as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge.The J.C.B./ Excavator cum Loader should work minimum 8.00 hours from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM daily and excavate atleast 30 cum quantity per hour. Any loss to the public/private property or any accident etc. happened during the course of hiring period/ execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the J.C.B/ Excavator cum loader owner and which shall have to be fully compensated by the contractor in all cases.The fuel and operational staff for Excavator cum loader will be provided by the owner.The repairs and spares, watch and ward of Excavator cum loader also be born by the contractor/owner.The daily log book will be maintained at site which should be duly verified by the Engineer-in- charge.
