Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curvedsurfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.Note:The Work is to be done at a height of almost 14.00 metre. |

They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented,textured or smooth as specified. 2 mm thick corrugated (2.5\\" or 4.2\\" or 6\\") or step-down (2\\" or 3\\" or 6\\" ) as specified.Note:The Work is to be done at a height of almost 14.00 metre. |

Note:The Work is to be done at a height of almost 14.00 metre. So, all safety precautions must be taken by the contractor and his workers. The joints of the gutter must be leak proof by fixing the gutters with adequate adhesive or similar material. |
