Supply and Constr of Living Shelter (Small) of size 3.66m x 3.66m with 1.50m wide covered verandah and attached toilet cum bathroom of size 2.44m x 1.83m, one main door, one toilet/cubicle door, two aluminium sliding windows (4’x4’), one ventilator, false ceiling made of 30mm thick PIR Panel, supported by verandah columns made of RHS 96mm x 48mm x 3.2mm and interconnected by purlins made of RHS 96mm x 48mm x 3.2mm at spacing not more than 1.0 meter. Wall cladding is made of 50 mm thick PIR wall panel. Roof cladding is made of 0.5mm PPGI sheets. Base plates of columns shall be anchored with suitable size foundation/anchor bolts embedded in RCC foundation including nuts, washers and grouting as required Detailed specification as per Appx-'A'.

(3.1) Supply of Double Sleeping Bunk with 02 Nos mattressess as per tech specifications given in Appx 'C'.

(3.2) Supply of Bed side steel locker (Double decker) as per tech specification given in Appx 'D'.

(3.3) Supply of Kerosene Heat King Bukhari as per tech specification given in Appx 'E'.

(3.4) Supply of Water Dispensor as per tech specification given in Appx 'F'.

Provn of interlocking paving blocks for pathway as per detailed specifications given as per Appx 'G' and store list as per Annx - III.

(5.1) Supply and Installation of Individual standalone plastic body smoke alarm with adequate provision for fixing on wall/ceiling/roof. The unit to have sensor capable of covering area >40Sqm and actuating an inbuilt alarm with loudness minimum 80 DB. Smoke alarm be powered by 9 volt lithium batteries with an arrangement to test the battery and indicator to warn for low battery, including supply two Nos of battery. (Make : Fire End/AFO/Safe Guard)

(5.2) Supply and Installation of Individual standalone plastic body heat alarm with adequate provision for fixing on wall/ceiling/roof. The unit to have sensor capable of detecting fixed temperature of 58 degree celcious and and actuating an inbuilt alarm powered by 9 volt lithium batteries with an arrangement to test the battery and indicator to warn for low battery, including supply two Nos of battery. Powder based Fire Extinguisher : Supply and Installation Dry powder fire extinguisher of 1 Kg Capacity, confirmation with ISO/CE standards, complete with wall mounting bracket/ holder. The extinguisher shall be (helium leak tested and Hydraulically tested as per IS standard) and provided with 3 years warranty.
