| 2 | Supply and Constr of Living Shelter (Small) of size 3.66m x 3.66m with 1.50m wide covered verandah and attached toilet cum bathroom of size 2.44m x 1.83m, one main door, one toilet/cubicle door, two aluminium sliding windows (4’x4’), one ventilator, false ceiling made of 30mm thick PIR Panel, supported by verandah columns made of RHS 96mm x 48mm x 3.2mm and interconnected by purlins made of RHS 96mm x 48mm x 3.2mm at spacing not more than 1.0 meter. Wall cladding is made of 50 mm thick PIR wall panel. Roof cladding is made of 0.5mm PPGI sheets. Base plates of columns shall be anchored with suitable size foundation/anchor bolts embedded in RCC foundation including nuts, washers and grouting as required Detailed specification as per Appx-'A'. |
