To perform under term contract such works on the terms and conditions and MES standard schedule of rates 2020 Part-II with amendments 1 to 122 & alongwith section 30 and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid standard schedule of rates during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES standard schedule of rates. AND At such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62.

Notes:-(i) The Bidder have to select the option \\"Excess (+)\\" OR \\"Less (-)\\" available at the cell address E17 of the BOQ to quote the percentage above or below MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 respectively.(ii) The Bidder have to quote the percentage above or below MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 at the cell address F17 of the BOQ to estimated the amount .(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidance and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out based on percentage rate quoted by the Bidder shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The acceptance of contract offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES SSR 2020 together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents. The work order for various works/services shall be placed for amount estimated cost on the rates contained in MES SSR 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by the Bidder.

(iv) Total estimate of any single work, job or services as defined in condition 4A of IAFW-2249 shall not exceed 1,50,000.00.(v) Contractor special attention is invited to condition 4(A) WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS) and condition 56 TERMINATION OF CONTRACTS (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS) of IAFW-2249 General Conditions of Contracts are strictly to be followed.(vi) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount to total works/services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extent irrespective of the amount worked out/mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/services at the rates contained in MES SSR 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period.
