Earth in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts, levelling ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, shrubs all complete as per approved design, specification and direction of E/I.

By mix in place method ( construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor graded on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401) For Grading III material.

Dry lean cement concrete sub-base (Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 1383, the size of coarse agggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not be less than 150 kg /m3 , OMC to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in batching plant, transported at site , led with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing)

Providing centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and Removal of form for Foundations Footings, Bases of columns etc. complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing - All work up to plinth level ,complete as per building specifications and direction of E/I.
