Hiring of JCB one Cum bucket capacity for debris/ cleaning of drain from various sites of work with in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public/ private property or any accident etc. happened during the coarse of hiring period shall be absolute responsbility of the JCB owner which shall have to be fully compensated by him in all cases. The fuel and JCB operator and stays for JCB operator will be provided by the JCB contractor. The repair and spare including watch and ward of JCB also born by the contractor.
