| 40 | ii) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support shuld be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution,of work / submission of bill. |
| 41 | iii) The rate quoted by the manufacturer should be inclusive of cost for providing 2 years DLP after completion of 1 year of initial commissioning.(03 Years) |
| 42 | iv) Rate should be quoted with minor civil works, wall cutting and mending good the damages to the original finish. |
| 43 | v) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules. |
