Hire charges of vehicle for going to each site for taking water level and collection of water sample. Total distance to be covered for 4 times in a year (Up & Down).

Surface dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegitation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead of 75 meter as directed.

Clearing compound premises of serves , plants ,jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (specific permission of Engineer-in- Charge prior to execution will be necessary). ( Payment to be made on Area cleared.)

Charges for opening & refixing the top cap of the Piezometric tube including hire and labour charges for tools & plants as required all complete .

Charges for collection of water sample as per direction in double capped 'Alkhathena Bottle' of 500 ml capacity i/c supply thereof and delivery of sample bottle at office.

Labour charges for measuring water level from P.Tube / Dug well / Tube well by water level indicator / sounding / tape etc. including hiring & carrying charges of tools etc. ( Measurements must be taken as per direction of EIC.)

Supplying of G.I.Pipes of Tata Make including necessary sockets. (a) 50 mm. Dia Medium quality.

Labour for fitting and fixing G.I. Pipes above ground (exposed) in structures with holder bat clamps including cost of jointing materials, holder bat clamps etc. as necessary , including cutting pipe, making threads etc. complete in all respect with two coats of painting with approved paint any height.( Payment will be made on the Center line measurement of the total pipe line including specials. Payment of Painting will be paid separately.)

Taking photograph during water depth measurment using GPS enabled Android Mobile or other devices and the real time GPS time, Latitude/Longitude of PHS location has to be stamped on the photograph. The agency will be required to email the water level data in the excell format alongwith Photographs taken for each PHS and the e-mail must be sent to the EIC .The report has to be submited in a electronic mode of the entire district after each monitoring .

Washing and cleaning of Glassware and assisting the Chemist during analysis for pre-monsoon and post-monsoon of samples.

Minor repairing and maintenance including calibration of existing equipments( flame photometer) including inspection charges etc.in the chemical laboratories during analysis for pre-monsoon and post-monsoon of samples.

Minor repairing and maintenance of existing equipments (UV Visible Spectrophotometre/pH meter /ion meter ) including inspection charges etc. in the chemical laboratories during analysis for pre-monsoon and post-monsoon of samples.
