Structural Works and support works using MS angles/ channels/ Flats/ Beam/ Chequered plates in Fertiliser plants of FACT-UC for support of instruments, cable ducts, cabinets/panels etc. The required structural material will be issued by the Company at free of cost. All other items required for the work such as welding set with welding rods, gas cutting set, cleaning & painting brush shall be arranged by the contractor. The contractor's scope shall also include: 1) Painting one coat of first quality high build Epoxy metal primer of approved brand and quality on steel structural work, after cleaning the surface, at all heights. 2) Painting one coat of approved first quality Epoxy paint (colour will be specified at the time of work) over steel structure already applied with primer coat, at all heights. 3) Supply of Primer & Paint, labour, scaffolding etc. 4) Re-fixing and clamping of removed cable trays/ducts/cables for facilitating the structural work.

Cleaning of Bagging machines and related equipments on perdiem rate basis in NP3, NP4 and New Ammonium Sulphate plants in FACT-UC. This job involves cleaning and up keeping of instruments with utmost care and without any damage to the instruments/equipments. The instruments are sophisticated and need high attention.
