| 1 | Providing and laying 2 mm average thickness pre-batched, self-levelling, polymer modified mortar for rectification of undulations in floor substrate, including cleaning, surface preparation, application, curing etc. complete, of approved make and manufacture, as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Providing and laying 2 mm average thickness self-levelled epoxy flooring over prepared substrate below PVC flooring, including surface preparation such as cutting, grinding, cleaning etc., complete, using floor grade epoxy resin with appropriate hardener and approved filler materials, of approved make and quality, as per manufacturer’s specifications and as approved and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Removing existing PVC sheet flooring including adhesive layer , cleaning the surface and disposing of unserviceable material outside the site as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and providing & laying 2 mm thick homogeneous single layered PVC sheet flooring includes protective coating to enhance durability with factory applied PUR reinforcement, slip resistance as per EN 13893 ,Reaction of fire of class BF1-S1as per EN 13501-1 and other specification conforming to relevant EN/ISO standards, including approved adhesive, cutting, heat welding of joints with matching welding rod, ,making coves, finishing complete with matching PVC skirting/ coving at junctions, as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Providing and laying 3 mm thick self-levelled epoxy flooring over existing concrete/tiles flooring, including cutting, grinding, surface preparation, crack filling, application of primer, epoxy base coat and top coat, finishing complete, using floor grade epoxy resin with appropriate hardener and fillers, as per manufacturer’s specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Providing and laying epoxy coving of up to 200 mm height and 3 mm thickness along existing partitions or walls, including cutting, grinding, surface preparation, application of epoxy primer, epoxy base coat, coving shaping, and finishing including sand ,pop,etc , complete as per manufacturer’s specifications, using floor-grade epoxy resin with appropriate hardener and fillers, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
