| 2 | Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed. |

| 4 | M&L Sand cushioning with locally available dry unwashed sand in trenches for protection of cables complete.all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -Charge. |
| 5 | Supply and laying unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover, class LV, type-1 flat with size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Supply and fixing Steel tubes, galvanised, light grade, ISI marked 40mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Supply and fixing Steel tubes, galvanised, light grade, ISI marked 80 mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for attending external electric complaints by opening / disconnecting the electrical connection of defective / burnt out underground LT cable of any size & any core from main switch / DB / junction box / LT panel / L T O/H line etc. and taking out the required length of cable from existing loop and remove/ cut the defective cable,replace the same with new cable as per existing size including providing necessary thimbles / connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch / DB / Junction box / LT panel / OH line etc. and make electic connection as functionable in all repspects including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:- (A) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of the following: (i) Necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling and removing extra soil. (ii) Disturbed surface of road, floor etc. shall be make good to match with existing surface. (iii) Minimum two numbers of electrician and two numbers of helpers shall be deployed for attending complaints regulerly on daily basis and contractor shall collect the complaints details from complaint cell of AGE E/M No.2 and same shall be rectified/ attended within an hour and report shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge or their authorised representative.(B) Please note that payment shall be made to contractor one time only for this items. if any fault/ default occured again on the same location/ DB/junction box/panel during currency of contract, the same shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. in terms of condition 46 of IAFW of genral condition of contracts. |
| 9 | M&L for dismantling / disconnecting / removing the faulty / burnt out overhead conductor of any type / size from insulator of HT / LT pole any type by making proper shutdown from department and removing of tree / branches if any fell on Over Head Line, loose the binding wire in each insulators and disconnecting cable connection as required, remove the burnt / damage conductor / earth wire and making necessary joint with new ACSR conductor of suitable size as per existing as directed, restretching all the loose spans of ACSR conductors, earth wire etc. with insulator and providing binding wire of existing size to tigheting and making LT/HT cable in existing position and make electric connection as functionable in all respects including testing on completion allas specified and directed by Engineer in charge.NOTE: The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (i) Tools and plants such as ladder,rope, cutter, axes, knife etc. as required for cutting and removing tree/branches if any fall on OH line. (ii) Insulator,binding wire etc. as required in addition to existing shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) Minimum two numbers of electrician and two numbers of helpers shall be deployed for attending complaint regularly on daily basis and contractor shall collect the complaint details from complaint cell of AGE E/M No. 2. |

NOTE - (a) Prior shut-down shall be obtained from concerned JE / AGE E/M before taking out the trimming work , by contractor (b) span from one pole to next pole (30 to 50 m) will be considered as a job. (c) T & P such as ladder , rope, cutter , axes and safety of workmen, will be provided by the contractor |
