| 17 | M&L for writing letters or figures in black letters on white base (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30 cm in height, stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 18 | M&L for cutting down plants/trees of upto 10cm girth and applying ROUNDUP/GLYPOCET or equivalent (Herbal medicine) to roots of roof tops/sides, external walls of building chajjas, wall junctions, at junctions of rain water/CI waste water pipe junction including taking out possible quantities of roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the GI/CI/ACC/PVC pipe joints of that affected locations after applying herbal medicine making good to suit the adjoining surfaces shall be carried out using PCC (1:2:4) type 'B0' (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) or cement mortar 1:2 with necessary scaffolding/staging etc upto a height of 7.00m from the ground level all as specified and directed.
