| 1 | Materilal and Labour for Comprehensive maintenance / repair and servicing of two electrically operated lifts of Capacity 08 Passenger of 544 kg serve for (G + 6) floors and 13 Passenger of 884 Kg serve for (G + 6) floors complete through OEM with electrical/control panels and all connected Gadgets/Devices including ARDs and replacement of all defective parts and sundry items like grease, lubricant oil, cotton waste, small pieces of cable lugs for different capacity lifts at the following location in INS Agrani all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge :- (a) 08 passenger lift of 544 kg at MAP Phase II building used for (G + 6) floors. Make of lift : ESCON Elevators(b) 13 passenger lift of 884 Kg at MAP Phase II bldg user for (G + 6) floors Make of lift : ESCON Elevators |
| 2 | Note for item No.1 :-1. Terms for Component replacement by OEM( Platinum Maint Agreement)(i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEM of the lift i.e. M/s Escon ELEVATORS.(ii) Coverage shall be inclusive of, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards. Machine replacement is excluded however repair is included. Sub components inclusive of roller bearings, solenoids, coils Line chock, brake shoe liners, Door Lock contacts,contactors, relays, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor,hoist way door locks, indicators and other minor mechanical parts shall also be included except as excluded elsewhere. Contractor will submit copy of platinum maintenance agreement with M/s Escon Elevators within 10 days after issuence of acceptance letter by Accepting officer. Work order for the work will be issued after verification of Platinum maintenance agreement with M/s Escon Elevators. |
| 3 | Materilal and Labour for Comprehensive maintenance / repair and servicing of one electrically operated lifts of Capacity 08 Passenger of 544 kg serve for (G + 4) floors complete through Platinum Maintenace Agreement with M/s TK Elevators India Pvt Ltd. for 11 months incl range of components for reasons related to normal wear and tear as per Note No 1(i) at the following location in INS Agrani all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge :- (a) 08 passenger lift of 544 kg at NOM P 87 building used for(G+ 4) floors. Make of lift : TK ElevatorsNote for item No.2 :-1. Terms for Component replacement by OEM( Platinum Maint Agreement)(i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEM of the lift i.e. M/s TK ELEVATORS.(ii) Coverage shall be inclusive of, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards. | 6 | General Notes:- (For item No 1 to 3)(i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through OEM of the lift i.e. M/s TK ELEVATORS/ Escon Elevators(ii) The contractor shall enter into an MOU(Memorandum of understanding) with the OEM or their authorised agency for maintenance of lift.The above comprehensive AMC certificate shall be provided by the contractor in favour of AGE(I) Agrani before commencement of work,after acceptance of CA.(iii) All the parts shall be genuine and shall be from original equipment manufacturer(OEM) and shall be as approved by AGE(I).(iv) All stainless steel parts such as lift car enclousure,opening doors,jumps,cills etc shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove rust,stains etc with suitable solution.The contractor shall also clean maintain properly the machine room, machinaries and lift as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
