Name of Work:- CLEANING AND REPAIRS OF SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANKS, SOAKAGE WELL, MANHOLE INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINES ETC. AT ‘Y STN, MH AND RAIPUR SATWARI UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE SATWARI

1Cleaning/ clearing of sewage line (including manholes) 150 mm to 300 mm main line from 1st floor manhole onwards bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including , Desludging, descaling & dechoking of drain as well as manholes with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic through high pressure thermo plastic fiber based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including removing the same in the tank to a place outside cantonment at the place meant for the local municipality, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1. From Item No 1 to 3, the contractor shall keep the sewage line functional throughout the contract period. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive this aspect.2. The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend the daily basis complaints of AOR of AGE B/R and rectify the same with the completion on same day within 08 Hrs from the receipt of complaint.
2Description all as per Srl item No 1 here in before but cleaning done by manual labour of bore of pipe 150 to 300 mm from 1st manhole. Note:- The contractor or his authorized representative should also attend the daily basis complaints of AOR of AGE B/R and rectify the same with the completion on same day within 08 Hrs from the receipt of complaint.
3Description all as per srl item No 1 here in before but cleaning done by manual labour of bore of pipe 75 mm to 150 mm from 1st manhole. Note:- The contractor or his authorized representative should also attend the daily basis complaints of AOR of AGE B/R and rectify the same with the completion on same day within 08 Hrs from the receipt of complaint.
4Cleaning of blocked WC/Kitchen & Bath/floor trap/Gully traps op to 1st manhole with manual labour as well flushing with clean water making the WC seat operational, including depositing sludge in borrow pits including digging of pits. Covering with excavated earth at a suitable depth all as specified and directed by Engr-in - charge.Note:- 1. The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend the office on every working day to take complaints from AGE/JE (Maint) and will rectify the same with the completion on same day with in 08 official working Hrs from the receipt of complaint. If the contractor will not rectify the complaint in same day , the recovery of Rs 200.00 per complaint per day will be levied . 2. The contractor shall provide 02 Nos Safaiwala to AGE B/R-II from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs even on sundays and holidays to attend emergency complaints. No extra payment shall be admitted for working on Sunday/Holidays.
5Cleaning of septic tanks completely by emptying liquid contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out by using suction pumps and filling the foul material into the covered tanks attached to suction pump and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul meterial out side the cantonment area all as directed.Note:- Cubic content of filled up portion of septic tank i.e liquid only shall be measured.
6Cleaning of septic tanks completely by emptying semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out by using suction pumps and filling the foul meterial into the covered tanks attached to suction pump and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul meterial out side the cantonment area all as directed. Note:- Cubic content of filled up portion of septic tank i.e semi solid and solid contents only shall be measured.
7Cleaning of manholes by manual labours completely by emptying semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets. making the manholes clean for free flow of sewage water and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul material out side the cantonment area including taking out and refixing the manhole cover all as directed.
8Supply and fixing in repair cast iron oval door access for reqd dia pipe fitting including necessary drilling, nut & bolt. provision of rubber washers to make the joint water complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Work to be carried out up to 4th storey bldg in any condition of working space/area.
9All as per Serial item No. 08 above but 100 mm dia.
10All as per Serial item No. 08 above but 75 mm dia.
11Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of 150/200 mm bore, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
12Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,cables, pipe line, pole etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
13All as per Serial item No 12 above but exc. 1.5 m but n.exc. 3.0 m
14All as per Serial item No 12 above but exc 3.0 m but n. exc. 4.5 m
15Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
16Removing excavated materials/soils not exceeding. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
17Material and labour Double wall corrugated DWCPE Pipes of reqd dia with integral socket and necessary fittings , laid in trenches jointed complete all as specified Make : Astral, Supreme, Prince.
18All as per Serial item No. 17 above but 150 mm dia.
19All as per Serial item No. 17 above but 200 mm dia.
20All as per Serial item No. 17 above but 300 mm dia.
21Material and labour for Plain cement concrete ( 1:3:6) type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes reqd dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
22All as per Serial item No. 21 above but 150 mm dia.

31Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbling down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
32Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and fair without extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 37Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
38Taking down soil/waste/vent pipes of any description, size 50/75/100 mm bore incl all fittings, bends etc., all as specified and directed.
39Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) type B pipes reqd dia bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including stack clamp of PVC as per manufacturer specification fixed to wall with nail at spacing of 1m center to center , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

59Supply and fixing in Repair Vitreous china wash down water closet Pedestal type with 'P' or 'S' trap including PVC seat cover white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe but connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe,etc complete including making good to dismantled floor in cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), fixing in repair,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
60Supply and fixing in repair PVC flushing cistern of 10 ltr capacity valveless, symphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including flush pipe of 32mm bore PVC and connection to pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
61Providing precast ce- ment concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover, win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in CM (1:6) all as specified and as directed.
62Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and as directed.
63Demolition of concrete in ground floor not exceeding 15cm in thickness below or above ground level including floor finish such as tiles of any thickness and any description etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
64Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix, type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub-base floor complete
65Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete
