3M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre, etc completed all as specified and directed.
4M&L for non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.18 sqm but not exc. 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed over 15 mm thick screed cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
5M&L for glazed ceramic, straight cut/joint free,7 to 8 mm thick colored tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado etc over & including 10mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in grout of matching shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.
6Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.
7M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on brick or concrete surface of ceiling finished even and smooth in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
8M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately
10Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.
11M&L for repairing of damaged swollen RCC surface like Projection Chajja, facia, parapet etc including necessary scraping , cutting, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement , washing apply cement slurry @ 3 kg/Sqm and finishing the surface with cement concrete (1;1.5:3) using 12.5 mm graded stone agg including provn of welded mesh having weight not more than 3 Kg/Sqm as reinforcement with and/or finished the repaired surface with cement and sand mortar (1:3) using WPC and work in Patches area n. exc 5 Sqm including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
12M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash ,complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L for Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified and applying the following: -(a) Applying wall care putty 1mm thick, in two coats & smoothening the surfaces with sand papers/ mechanized sanding etc., (preparatory to paint as directed). (b) Two coats of interior acrylic distemper over and including a coat of acrylic emulsion primer.
14M&L for Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic paint over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.
15M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description, including preparation of wall surfaces of any description complete all as specified and applying the following: -(a) Applying wall care putty 1mm thick, in two coats & smoothening the surfaces with sand papers/ mechanized sanding etc., (preparatory to paint as directed). (b) Two coats of interior acrylic distemper over and including a coat of acrylic emulsion primer.

19M&L for Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over steel & iron (new) surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
20M&L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat (finishing coat) of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
21M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat (finishing coat) of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
22Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.
23M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid over cement screed base 15 mm thick (CM 1: 4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
24M & L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over screed base 10 mm thick (CM 1: 4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
25Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
26M & L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even and smooth as in plinth protection and joints shall be sealed with joint sealant compound grade A, complete all as specified and directed.
27M & L for 25 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even and smooth as in Floor complete all as specified and directed.
28Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.
29Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.
30Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames)complete all as specified and as directed.
31Re-securing or easing and adjusting and also refixing builders hardware as required and renewal of screws etc of shutters of any description of exceeding 1.0 Sqm but not exc 2.0 Sqm each without taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

33S&F Pressed steel frames of size 125 mm X 60mm made out mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick, for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, 100 mm size butt hinges, lock strike plates etc and applying a shop coat of red oxide primer including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.5mm graded crush stone aggregate for filling back of chowkhats complete all as specified and as directed.
34S&F factory made steel windows with side hung shutter with glazing bars (using profile section as shown in drawing No. CE/AF/STD-170/07, CE/AF/STD-171/07 and CE/AF/STD-172/07 as applicable), each shutter having 02 No. box type hinges & two nos. tower bolts of size not less than 150 mm size and peg stays, dovetailed or welded, complete all as specified and directed.
35S&F factory made steel windows with side hung shutter without glazing bars (using profile section as shown in drawing No. CE/AF/STD-170/07, CE/AF/STD-171/07 and CE/AF/STD-172/07 as applicable), each shutter having 02 No. box type hinges & two nos. tower bolts of size not less than 150 mm size and peg stays, dovetailed or welded, complete all as specified and directed.
36S & F 35 mm,2nd class hard wood factory made, Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a);,etc complete all as specified and directed.
37S & F flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, thickness 35 mm , complete all as specified and directed.
38S&F anodised aluminium frame for Partition, doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size ,including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.
39M&L for 12mm Pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, pre-laminated both sides with decorative choice lamination , fixed with screws to Aluminium frame work including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

57Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan , socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendant ,regulators,sockets,light fittings etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for items shall be made as per conditions separatly) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
58M&L for pointing wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated FRLS H, unsheathed, multistrand, 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable single core drawn through in and including non metallic concealed PVC conduit medium grade of suitable dia as per SSR specification and its accessories including one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing including MS terminal box flushed to wall with 3mm thick laminated hylem sheet top cover for fixing of switch/socket etc all as specified. Note:- surface conduit shall be laid in ceiling portion only.
