| 1 | Periodical/ Preventive/ Comprehensive maintenance of Nurse Call and Patient Calling Sysytem by checking any type of complaints like resetting, programming of calling system, no electric supply to control panel etc. including carrying out repairs as required to make it functional by replacing necessary items complete all as specified and directed by engr in charge. Note:- (i) The entire comprehensive maintenance of Nurse calling & Patient Calling system shall be carried out through OEM (Stephan Design & Engineering Ltd) or OEM approved dealer and the defective components/ parts of different system shall be replaced with existing make only. (ii)The contractor may visit the site for inspection with service engineer of OEM/ Manufacturer of the system before quoting his rate. (iii) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection when asked for. (vi) Spares required will measured under relevant Sch 'A' item no 2 to 21 as supply only. |
