| 1 | Taking down carefully the existing motor of following capacities from foundation bed for servicing by removing the coupling, cleaning the motor & stator body with cleaning agent, varnishing, to improve the insulation values reassembling and re-installing the motor with necessary bolts, nuts and washers and connecting the pump set, complete all as specified and directed :- Note :- Bearings shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ |

Replace the unserviceable parts/spares, reassembling and reinstall the pump with necessary bolts nuts and washers including cleaning and removing the scales and replacement of spare parts like impeller nut, keys, lock washer, gasket and greasing, reassembling coupling in position testing and commissioning in the pump set up to satisfaction level, complete all as specified and directed :- Note :- Supply Only Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ |

| 75 | Taking down carefully existing motor and pump set of following capacities from the unserviceable bed and taking up the complete MS bed from the PCC and cleaning and levelling the bed including new PCC work including with fabrication of new MS bed by using new MS work with foundation bolts and nuts suitable for mounting/re-erecting the pump and motor after necessary minor repairs complete with two coats of existing colour painting over a coat of red oxide and testing and commissioning up to satisfaction levels, complete all as specified and directed:- |
