5Earth work in excavation in all kind soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan)including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
6Excavating in trenches in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc n. exc. 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m completeall as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
7Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exc 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
8Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape,etc., exc. 1.5 m high not exc 3 m high from base complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
9M&L for approved earth filling obtained from outside defence land, laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled including watering all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
10Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
11Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exc 50 Mtr but not exc 100 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
12Removing excavated material (soil) exc 250 Mtr but not exc 500 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
13Removing excavated material (soil) to a distanceexc 1.5 km but not exc 5.0 km and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
14Supply & laying Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
15M & L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stones and boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
16Rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber formation surfaces (cutting or filling) of roads using 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in depression which occur during rolling(incl berm) complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
17M & L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified Table 400-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
18M & L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM(Wet Mix Macadam) laidin two layer of 75 mm each Confirming to grading given in table 400-13 of morth specification for road and bridge work 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean crushed graded aggrigate and grainular materials premixed with water to dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required and directed. The finished surface tollerence to be as per table 900-1 MORT&H specificationfor road and bridge work 2013 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.Note:- 02 Layers shall be considered one unit.
19M&L for preparing un-surfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
20M & L for applying applying evenly a priming/tack coat of VG-10 grade paving bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre with machanical spray complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
21Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, depth of pot hole exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm including rolling over the broken surfaces using 8 to 10 tonnes power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
22M&L for premix bituminous macadam (BM) 50 mm thick for grading 2 as given in Table 500-10 on page No 177 of MORTH with 4.5% binder content (VG-40) by weight of total mix with rock dust filler 2% as per design mix using mechanical paver with string sensor with Marshal stability 9.0 KN at 60 degree C, laid to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.Note :-Job mix foumula for Item No 22 shall be Carried out as per SSR and as specified hereinafter.
23M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned sirfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying applying evenly a priming/tack coat of VG-10 grade paving bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre with machanical spray complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
24M&L for laying 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-40), mixed in hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: - Job mix foumula for Item No 24 shall be Carried out as per SSR and as specified hereinafter.
25M&L for laying 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen (VG-40), mixed in hot mix plant, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: - Job mix foumula for Item No 25 shall be Carried out as per SSR and as specified hereinafter.
26M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and applying road marking paint 2.5 mm thick width n exc. 15 cm with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint like stop lines, dashes, arrows etc of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechanical machine engine at approx temprature of 160 degree celcius with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
27Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
28Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
29Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
30S&F in repair Solar Delinators of 1000x47mm made of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium body height 145mm, diameter 80mm comprises of 4 super LEDs which give 360 degree viewing, solar panel - 2.5V, 120mm (approx) 1.25V rechargeable battery-1No and mounted on MS Pipe of 50mm duly powder coated , anti theft steel net of size 700mmx50mmx100mm incl removal of existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge (Note:- Excavation for bed block of size 150x150x200mm filling with concrete 1:3:6 and clearing of the area shall be included in the rate quoted)
31S &F Convex curved polished stainless steel mirror on road of dia 600mm ,viewing distance min 15 mtr, curvature view angle 130-160 degreewith mounting hardware as galvanized steel poles of dia 60-70mm pole with backing material as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, polypropylene, or galvanized steel typiycally finished in highly visible orange safety color with weather proof seal all as speceified and directed by engineer in charge incl taking down the existing all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Excavation for bed block of size 150x150x200mm filling with concrete 1:3:6 and clearing of the area shall be included in the rate quoted)
32Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retroreflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
33Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
34M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete for poles/struts etc including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
35M&L for PCC (1:4:8)) type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete for poles/struts etc including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
36M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregates as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc., water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
37M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregates for surface channel including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered including formwork complete all as specified and directed. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
38M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm crushed graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

44M&L Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (design mix), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
45M&L Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.
