Clearing and grubbing/Clearing Grass and Removal of rubbish from road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.of MORD specification for Rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing rolling with PRR in stages to proper grade & camber ,applying &brooming etc complete.(WBM-Gr-3) as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
